Publiée le 01/09/2026 Mission GENERAL JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPEImplement supply chain and procurement strategy and policiesMake sure that the production teams adhere to our standards in term of health safety, food safety and HACCPParticipate and adhere of the company’s Comex actions and decisionsDetect issues in order to set corrective action plansFollow closely KPIs and monitor the operations on daily basisBe proactive in setting up action plans to improve our logistics and supply chainManage the teams and guarantee constant reportingReport accurately and on time to your Management, including from the GroupSupervise the human resources, planning, vacations schedules, timesheetsIdentify key local and international suppliers for all materials, equipment and supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales in order to ensure savingsSelect, maintain and manage a supplier base that is financially sound, technically competent ensuring quality at expected costsBudget control and variance analysisMake sure of the correct use of the ERP by your teamsResolve the vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliersAnalyze the market in order to find new suppliersFollow the Group guidelines in term of implementation of innovation solutions, where applicableMake sure the golden rules of the Group are followed (Inventory control …)Control the use of individual safety equipment by the employeesInform about the performance of the quality management system and the opportunities for improvementEnsure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.Manage the logistic Warehouse to offshore sites The role requires versatility, innovation, and creativity in establishing safe working processes that comply with customer requirements. It is essential to uphold the Company's values, standards, and norms while ensuring strict adherence to all necessary QHSE and HACCP/CCP procedures to guarantee food safety. Profil 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management with the last 5 years in Senior Management positionPrevious experience in the field of catering preferredA good knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector is a plus.Knowledge of relevant softwarePlanning and organizingDecision MakingNegotiating and NetworkingProblem-solvingFinance and BudgetingProficiency with IT processes.Fluent in English, Portuguese is strongly recommended.
