As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of store operations — supporting your General Manager, boosting performance, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.Your key responsibilities include:Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environmentOverseeing cash handling and POS proceduresHelping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and trackingRecruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team membersLeading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube servicesCreating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalismEnsuring Environmental, Health & Safety complianceTaking full ownership of operations when the GM is awayWhat you bring:Valid driver's licenseAt least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.)Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)Clear communication skills (written & verbal)Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required formsPhysical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.Comfortable working in enclosed or semi?outdoor environmentsAuthorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)Preferred qualifications:Strong customer service mindsetDependable, detail?oriented, and professionalProven leadership & team development skillsDedicated to safetyGrowth?oriented with a willingness to train and learnStrong multitasking ability in a busy, fast?moving environmentWe take care of our team!
