Job Summary The role includes supporting the development of new electro‑mechanical products, improving manufacturability, reducing costs, and optimizing design performance of an existing product in a fast‑paced industrial environment. The position will be supporting cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and operations. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience interpreting customer specification and applying them to design requirements. Experience in printed circuit boards for instrument panels, preferred. Experience in cabling and cable layout. Demonstrated project management skills. Experience in analog and digital circuits developing detailed schematics, test procedures, and fabrication specifications. Experience interpreting mechanical drawings, GD&T, and tolerancing stack‑ups a plus some experience. Experience in thermal and dynamic analysis a plus. Experience working with military specification for aircraft instrument panels a plus. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost, quality and delivery improvements. Ability to estimate timelines and generate schedules a plus. Ability to evaluate cost, and risk preferred. Demonstrated written and oral presentation skills. Experience with Python or LabView a plus. Required Experience and Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in BSEE with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in design. Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years experience.
