Job Description:
As a Senior IBM Master Data Management (MDM) & Integration Developer, you will provide leadership, support, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise Master Data Management and integration platforms. You will be responsible for supporting critical business applications, improving data quality and system integrations, and ensuring reliable operation of mission-critical enterprise systems while collaborating with infrastructure, database, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and enhance IBM Master Data Management (MDM) and related enterprise applications.
• Gather requirements and develop functional and technical specifications for complex projects.
• Design, develop, and support integration solutions using Kafka, REST/SOAP services, and enterprise messaging technologies.
• Collaborate with database administrators to develop, optimize, and execute SQL scripts and database processes.
• Administer and troubleshoot applications in Linux and Windows environments.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and shell scripting technologies.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, UAT support activities, and post-implementation validation.
• Monitor production and non-production environments, resolve incidents, and support change management activities.
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, and security teams on certificates, deployments, and application maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation, reporting processes, and operational procedures for enterprise applications.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• 8+ years of software development experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM v14.x Standard Edition (Virtual MDM), including configuration, customization, batch processing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including producer/consumer development, topic management, and message flow troubleshooting.
• 8+ years of Java/J2EE development experience, including Java, JSP, REST APIs, and SOAP services.
• 5+ years of experience working in Linux/Unix environments with shell scripting, log analysis, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with WildFly application server administration, deployments, configuration, and runtime support.
• Strong SQL development skills with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, or similar source control and deployment tools.
• Knowledge of cloud and container platforms including AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and production support skills; healthcare industry experience is preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
