About the Role As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will play a vital role in the efficient flow of goods by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring order accuracy. You will contribute to our operational success by maintaining organized storage areas and executing precise material handling tasks that keep our supply chain moving smoothly. Responsibilities Manage inbound shipments and verify supplier returns to ensure inventory integrity. Execute picking, packing, and labeling processes to meet outbound shipping deadlines. Perform light assembly and wire cutting tasks to fulfill specific customer requirements. Consolidate and relocate materials within the facility to optimize storage space. Prepare accurate packing lists and load outbound freight for timely delivery. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all facility safety protocols. Operate warehouse equipment, including power equipment, to move heavy materials efficiently. Required Skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods during shifts. Basic problem-solving skills to address daily operational challenges. Reliable and detail-oriented approach to inventory management. Preferred Skills 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Prior experience operating a forklift or similar warehouse machinery. Basic computer proficiency for logging receipts and tracking shipments.
