We operate like a rope team: we support each other, communicate clearly, and move forward together, especially when things get hard.We believe great medicine comes from people who feel supported, challenged, and proud of the work they do.**What Makes This Role Different**You're not here to simply work ER shifts.You're here to help develop the next generation of emergency doctors.This role is designed for an experienced emergency veterinarian who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping others build confidence in emergency medicine.You'll continue to manage your own caseload while serving as a clinical resource for less experienced ER doctors—providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and helping elevate the entire team.At Apex, mentorship isn't an extra responsibility.
