Schedule / Hours:

• Daylight shifts, rotating weekly: 5:30am-2:00pm, 6:30am-3:00pm, 7:30am-finish (includes elective and add-on cases)
• 7:30am team may work 1-2+ hours past scheduled end as needed (not typical, but must be accepted)
• Weekend on-call required: 6am-6pm, 2 weekends within a 6-week schedule
• No elective weekends, only call coverage (not a busy call schedule)

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of recent perioperative/OR scrub and circulating experience
• Orthopedic surgery experience strongly preferred
• Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable in a small team environment
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in orthopedic surgical cases
• Support physicians and scrub techs through complex procedures
• Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols
• Document cases and collaborate on workflow improvement
