About the Role
As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive general dental care to patients of all ages. You will work alongside an experienced clinical team dedicated to delivering excellent patient outcomes in a comfortable and welcoming setting.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for a dentist who is clinically confident, patient-focused, and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and eager to build long-term relationships with patients while contributing to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
- Provide a full range of general dentistry services, including:
- Preventive and restorative treatments
- Basic cosmetic procedures
- Root canal treatments
- Extractions
- Diagnose oral health conditions and educate patients on treatment options
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with dental assistants to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow all OSHA and HIPAA regulations and safety protocols
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong focus on comfort and communication
Qualifications
- Active California dental license
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
