If you enjoy getting to know customers and have a positive, contagious attitude, we want to meet you!Why work for Allen Service?Great company culture that focuses on growth, teamwork, and respect, and we like to have fun too!Employee benefits start on the 1st of the month following hire date.Medical (3 affordable medical plans to choose from), Dental and Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Benefits: Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Optional Benefits: Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Supplemental Medical Insurance, Pet Insurance, and ID & Legal Shield401k with Company Match!Tuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off and 9 Paid HolidaysPerformance pay scale based on experience and licensing - our plumbers earn $80,000-$175,000 annually!What You'll DoCultivate strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and expectations during in-home plumbing service calls.Diagnose, analyze, and resolve plumbing issues in both residential and commercial environments.Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and boilers.Pinpoint the root cause of plumbing malfunctions and execute necessary repairs as specified in work orders.Ensure all work adheres strictly to safety and quality regulations.Comply with established service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.Maintain a clean and organized work site, along with a well-inventoried service vehicle.Ensure the accurate and timely submission of invoices, timecards, customer feedback, and service option forms.Actively engage in all company training sessions, continued education programs, meetings, and events.What You BringMinimum of 2 years of plumbing experience, including expertise in drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, and other general plumbing services.A Colorado Plumbing license is required, along with strong knowledge of local plumbing codes.Boiler experience (service, maintenance, and installation) is preferred.Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex drain and plumbing issues efficiently.Proficiency in advanced plumbing techniques, including video inspection, line locating, and hydro-jetting.Self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and continuous self-improvement.Ability to pass comprehensive drug and background screens prior to employment.Valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required.Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentMust be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day.Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling and twisting of body while working.Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights.Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat and cold, as well as in dusty, wet, or dirty spaces.
