Total rewards hourly rate: W2 per diem/1099 $300/hour. Case assignments: general surgery, orthopedics, GI, urology, and podiatry.

Key responsibilities: provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures; perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent; develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients; manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia; monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed; support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited institution; completion of anesthesiology residency; board eligible or board certified; current medical licensure; ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Brooks Memorial Hospital, per diem $300/hour (W-2/1099).
