Senior Pricing Manager

Responsibilities Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute pricing policies and strategies that align with business objectives, market conditions, and competitive dynamics. Pricing Execution: Ensure pricing strategies are accurately implemented in our systems and pricing engines. Data Analysis: Use SQL and Tableau to analyze pricing data, customer behavior, and market trends to make informed pricing decisions. Salesforce Integration: Oversee the integration of pricing strategies into the Salesforce CRM, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for sales teams, including training and education. Pricing Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize pricing structures to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to gather insights and align pricing strategies with overall business goals. Reporting & Monitoring: Generate regular reports and dashboards to track pricing performance, KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data and periodic reviews with key stakeholders across sales, finance, and GTM teams. Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in the B2B technology industry across Strategic Pricing, Pricing Execution, and/or Deal Desk. Understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models; two‑tier channel, OEM, and other indirect models. Strong analytical skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate as well as influence effectively across all levels of the organization. Superlative written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Knowledge of pricing and marketing launches, including the teams and steps needed to reach the finish line. Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S. as required. Valid bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines; advanced degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications Defining and driving pricing programs at an enterprise company. Maintaining healthy relationships with various cross‑functional teams and senior leadership. Translating and communicating complex topics in a variety of forums and tailoring messages to effectively fit and influence the targeted audience. Being thorough and detail‑oriented in tasks and deliverables. Salary & Compensation California: $160,000 – $185,000 USD annually base salary. Individual compensation within the published range is determined by the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and primary work location.
