About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investor Relations to be the strategic leader in developing and executing the investor relations strategy and capital markets communications. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the company and the investment community, providing strategic counsel to the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership team on various market and investor-related matters. Key responsibilities include leading the investor relations strategy, driving the enterprise investment narrative, and ensuring consistent messaging across all investor communications. The role also involves acting as the principal spokesperson to the investment community, building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, and overseeing financial communications and disclosures. Applicants for the Vice President, Investor Relations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CFA, or other advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in investor relations, finance, corporate strategy, treasury, equity research, sales, investment banking, or related fields is required, with a significant background in supporting a publicly traded company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital markets, valuation methodologies, SEC reporting requirements, and shareholder engagement practices. Leadership skills are essential, as the role involves building and leading a high-performing investor relations team and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with executive presence, capable of influencing and managing relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
