Asset Control TechnicianThe Asset Control Technician is responsible for processing repossessed collateral in accordance with client guidelines from post repossession to collateral release from our custody.Qualifications:Self-starter with positive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail, goal orientedAble to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to excellent customer serviceOvertime work may be required throughout the yearShifts and/or schedules may change throughout the year as dictated by management and business needsPreferred proficiency in current technologyAble to problem solve and determine solutions to issues as they ariseMust be able to work in all weather conditionsMust be able to stand/walk for 75% of the workdayMust be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbsPreferred experience operating a ForkliftPreferred knowledge of vehiclesJob Duties for Asset Control Technician:Process repossessed collateral including a full set of photos, personal property list and condition report within required timeframe set by the clientRemoval of personal items from collateral prior to transportLog/store personal items in property roomStage and prep vehicles for transportComplete exit photos prior to transport or redemptionAssist office with vehicle / property redemptions by bringing collateral to debtorProperly dispose of expired personal propertyAssist with programming keysAssist with facility maintenance and lot organizationAll other duties as requiredBenefits Include:Paid Time OffPaid HolidaysHealth InsuranceMatching Retirement ProgramCompany paid life insuranceCompany Uniforms
