The Role We're looking for a Welder to join our weld shop and help build the quality products our customers depend on. This is a hands-on, active role with daily job rotation so you're always building new skills — not stuck doing the same thing every day. You'll work alongside a team that holds itself to a high standard and supports each other in hitting it. What You'll Do * Perform MIG and Gmaw-P welding with daily job rotation across the weld shop * Set up welding machines and follow Welding Procedure Specifications * Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to meet precise welding requirements * MIG weld steel and aluminum components to specification * Clamp, tack-weld, grind, and fit component parts for welding * Sustain 6-S standards in your work area and perform routine machine maintenance * Flag problems early and participate in continuous improvement activities (Team Meetings, 5 Whys, Kaizen, PDCA) What We're Looking For * Prior MIG welding experience preferred — motivated entry-level candidates will be considered * Able to read basic blueprints and/or technical drawings * Familiarity with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) a plus * Detail-oriented — you take pride in clean, precise work * A team player with reliable attendance and a willingness to learn * High school diploma or GED preferred Why Apply * Great Pay * Health Insurance * 401(k) Plan with company matching contribution up to 3% of pay * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Bereavement Pay * Access to our free on-site gym, cornhole, Arcade and shuffleboard games * Company lunches (Be sure to check out our Crazy Lunch Videos at the In The Ditch YouTube Channel: * Opportunities to advance and contribute * Wonderful opportunity to make a difference in our world by working with people that really care * We are a company that truly believes in getting better every day.
