Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Position Summary
Moorestown law firm is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Part-Time Receptionist/Secretary to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This individual will provide administrative and front-office support while helping ensure a positive and welcoming experience for everyone interacting with the firm.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and professional, with a strong customer-service mindset. They enjoy working with people, can communicate clearly and effectively, and are comfortable supporting a busy office environment while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet clients and visitors and ensure a welcoming front-office experience
• Respond to and assist with incoming emails
• Conduct initial client intake and gather necessary information accurately
• Maintain and organize client files and perform general filing
• Assist with other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Support attorney and staff with day-to-day office needs

• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable interacting with clients in person, by phone, and through email
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
