Step into a school-based role where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY) empowers students to find their voices and succeed academically. This full-time contract position serves K–12 learners across 1–2 closely located campuses and welcomes both on-site and hybrid candidates. Those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will find district-provided supervision and support, creating the perfect environment for both seasoned SLPs and emerging professionals.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, including detailed diagnostic reports
• Designing and implementing tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Delivering evidence-based direct and indirect speech therapy services
• Maintaining thorough case logs, monitoring student progress, and participating in paid team/IEP meetings
• Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and school administrators to build a positive learning atmosphere
• Overseeing and mentoring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Active or pending Colorado SLP license (CDE credential required if applicable)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are strongly encouraged to apply
• Background check and fingerprint clearance required before start date
• Experience in school, pediatric, teletherapy, or healthcare SLP roles valued
