General Purpose The Call Center Representative is responsible for contacting homeowners by phone, qualifying potential customers, scheduling appointments for free in-home consultations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process. Successful candidates will be comfortable communicating with homeowners, following proven call scripts, overcoming objections, and maintaining accurate customer information.
