Cambridge Health Alliance is a health system serving patients in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro‑North region. CHA strives to provide high quality care including primary, hospital, and specialty care, emergency services, and behavioral health. As a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School and Tufts University School of Medicine, CHA is a national model for patient flow.

We are seeking a full‑time board certified/board eligible Emergency Physician to join our exceptional team. The Department of Emergency Medicine staffs two community Emergency Departments and one Urgent Care center located in the Greater Boston area. Our team of more than 40 physicians and physician assistants serves approximately 100,000 patients annually across the three sites.

We are looking for a dedicated physician who excels in a collegial environment, is willing to grow professionally and help shape future clinicians. As a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate, we offer ample teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $290,000–$315,000, based on experience, plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
