Location: Morrisville, NC | Schedule: Onsite | Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay, bonus eligibility, full benefits package What You’ll Do Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur Complete routine servicing such as lubrication and part replacement Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues Document maintenance activities and update system records Monitor equipment performance and report concerns Support maintenance inventory and tool organization Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work with operations teams to minimize downtime What You’ll Bring High School diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of maintenance or technician experience preferred Technical training (mechanical, HVAC, electrical) is a plus Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair Ability to read technical manuals and schematics Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Experience with tools and maintenance equipment Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment How You Will Be Successful Building Relationships: work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams Challenging the Expected: identify issues and improve equipment reliability Integrity and Respect: maintain accurate records and accountability Dedicated to Quality and Safety: follow all safety and maintenance standards Why Join MPG?
