What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Ensures achievement of community's revenue and occupancy goals by directing marketing, advertising, and sales activities, overseeing on-site traffic, and monitoring day-to-day sales and leasing activities
• Oversee the on-site leasing team
• Actively participates in the leasing process by generating and monitoring traffic, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures
• Review and analyze financial, shop, closing ratio, and other operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance
• Respond to resident and ownership questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Multi-Site Coverage & Adaptability: Deploys across assigned communities throughout the Portland/Vancouver metro portfolio to provide immediate leasing leadership, management coverage, or stabilization support based on regional operational needs.

Rapid Onsite Integration: Quickly adapts to distinct property profiles, asset classes, and submarket demographics; interfaces seamlessly with existing onsite teams, regional leadership, and third-party vendors.

System & Workflow Consistency: Maintains operational standard operating procedures across varying software configurations (Yardi / RealPage), ensuring accurate lead entry, quote generation, lease execution, and traffic tracking across every assigned community.

Leasing & Stabilization Support: Leads targeted leasing outreach, audit execution, and market survey analysis for assets experiencing operational transitions, staffing vacancies, or performance dips.

Driver's License & Transportation: Must possess a valid, active Driver's License and maintain an insured, reliable personal vehicle for regular daily travel across properties located in the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA metropolitan area.

Travel Flexibility: Ability to commute to different site locations on short notice, as dictated by portfolio staffing and leasing priority schedules.

Jurisdictional Licensing: Incumbents must meet and maintain all applicable state and municipal licensing or screening compliance requirements in both Oregon and Washington.

Regular Multi-Site Travel: Regular, daily travel by personal vehicle between property locations throughout the Portland/Vancouver metro area is required.

What we are looking for

• Previous multi-family leasing experience, additional luxury high-rise experience is preferred, but a positive can-do attitude is required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

The hourly range for this role is $26.00 - $28.00

Additional Compensation :

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
