Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician for contract assignment starting October 1-30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Suwanee, GA. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday 8:00am-5:30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break, and Friday 8:00am-4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Clinic sees 10-12 patients per day. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Providers who are bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese are preferred. Client also prefers provider who is available for the full contract period for consistency & training purposes.
