3-Year-Old Lead Teacher
About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated 3-Year-Old Lead Teacher in Lithia Springs, GA to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe classroom environment. You will design interactive daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth for three-year-old children while building positive relationships with families.
What You'll Do- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored for 3-year-olds
- Manage daily classroom routines, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Foster positive social interactions, independence, and early foundational learning skills
- Maintain open, professional communication with parents regarding child progress and daily activities
- High school diploma or GED required; Early Childhood Education credentials or CDA preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with preschool or 3-year-old children
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and health screening
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Experience implementing play-based or Montessori-aligned preschool curricula
- Bilingual communication skills to support diverse family backgrounds
