Join our hospice team in Wooster, Ohio , where you'll provide comfort, dignity, and support to patients and families during one of life's most important journeys. We're looking for a caring, dependable Personal Care Specialist (CNA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a home-based hospice setting. Location: Wooster, OH Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Holiday and weekend rotation required Local travel required throughout the Wooster service area What You'll Do As a Personal Care Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping patients remain comfortable while supporting their families with compassionate care.
