Atrium, a remote-first AI-enabled consultancy, is seeking an HR Contractor to drive talent acquisition and HR operations across our distributed teams. You will help source, screen, and hire top talent while shaping onboarding, leave management, and employee engagement programs. You will spend about 60% of your time on recruiting activities and 40% on HR operations, onboarding, and data management to ensure a seamless, trusted employee experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atrium
