About the Opportunity

Augusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing Neighborhood Clinic team, serving communities throughout the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. This unique, mission-driven role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care through our state-of-the-art Mobile Clinic Unit, deliver in-home care to underserved and vulnerable patients, and educate the next generation of physicians by teaching residents in a community-based setting. • Practice Setting: Various Community touchpoints across the Shenandoah Valley

• Call: N/A
\n
• Current Support Staff: Physician Leader (Chief Population Health Officer), Experienced PA/NP’s, Dedicated clinic and clerical team (RN, LPN’s, AA)

• Clinical Volume : 10 patients/ day in Mobile Unit; 5 patients/ day in Home-bound program
\n
• Collaboration: Join a highly collaborative and creative team

• Starting Salary: $305,178
\n

Qualifications

\n
• MD/DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine
\n
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
\n
• Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community settings
