Production Operator

Essential Functions & Responsibilities Production Operator As a Production Operator you will be responsible for setting up and operating automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production / processing operation. This role will monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production / process specifications. Schedule: 12 Hour Nights 5p-5a, 2-3-2 schedule Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times Operates, tests, and monitors assigned equipment according to established organizational guidelines Observes and documents maintenance needs during equipment operation Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities; makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment as needed Troubleshoots control panels, error lights, and messages to ensure proper equipment function Communicates with equipment technicians regarding highly complex equipment issues as needed Verifies equipment data for reporting; supports and assists with the installation of operating equipment Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization Education High‑school diploma or equivalent (required) Vocational / technical degree (preferred) Experience 1+ years of relevant experience (preferred) Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity Arcwood offers competitive pay and bonus incentives.
