Position: General Laborer

Location: Sidney, Ohio

Pay: $19/hr.

Shift: 1st shift

Position Summary of the General Laborer:

We are currently seeking General Laborers with a minimum of 1 year experience in scanning and processing materials throughout a facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year warehouse experience and knowledgeable in operating an RF scanner.

Position Responsibilities of the General Laborer:

Scan auto parts into database. Slight dismantling of parts using hand tools and cordless power tools. Attention to detail a must!

• Must be comfortable standing 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
• Must be proficient in using a hand scanner, box cutter and hand an power tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs and pay attention to details and directions.
• Assist with inventory management by accurately recording material and maintaining organized processing areas.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and practice all safety protocols at all times.

Position Requirements of the General Laborer:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand 8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week..
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures as directed.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs and work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling and record keeping.
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays if required.
