Financial Analyst

Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial results and management reporting for senior leadership. Play a key role in M&A, financing, investor relations, IPO-related activities, and other strategic finance initiatives. Develop and maintain the company’s five-year strategic plan, annual budget, and monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and operational priorities. Partner closely with the accounting and cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret financial statements, identify key business trends, and provide actionable insights to management. Conduct financial and operational analysis to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making. Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as needed. Qualifications And Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in modeling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a similar role is a must. At least 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Big 4, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or a related field is a must. This position will be actively involved in IPOs, M&A, investor relations, and financing related matters. Experience in those areas is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree, especially MBA, is a plus. CPA/CFA is a plus. Proven track record of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a corporate environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial tools. Exceptional analytical and strategic skills with keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
