HVAC Lead Installer

Due to sustained growth and a high demand for services, we are currently looking to add a HVAC Lead Installer at our Louisburg, Kansas location. Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays Pay range $28 - $34/hr What You'll Do: Assist in duct fabrication & installation. Follow precise instructions and adhere to job site safety protocols. Help track materials and labor for each project. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What You Bring: HVAC experience preferred. Basic HVAC understanding and a strong willingness to learn. Self-motivated with a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively. The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling. Ability to climb and work from ladders. Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty. Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued.
