Phase Technologies is seeking Production Workers

Production Workers play a crucial role in the manufacturing process within various industries, including power electronics. They operate and maintain equipment in factories, working collaboratively with a team to assemble products or goods. Here are the key duties and responsibilities of a Production Worker:

1. Operating Machinery and Equipment :
   • Follow instructions to operate machinery and equipment on the production line.
   • Troubleshoot any issues with production equipment and processes.
2. Quality Control and Safety :
   • Inspect machinery regularly and promptly report any faults to management and colleagues.
   • Adhere to company safety rules and regulations.
   • Ensure the production line has a steady supply of raw materials or components.
3. Assembling Goods :
   • Assemble products or components according to specifications.
   • Monitor the production process and perform basic testing and quality checks.
4. Inventory Management :
   • Properly store goods and raw materials in the factory.
   • Pack goods ready for shipment.
5. Maintaining Work Areas and Equipment :
   • Keep work areas clean and organized.
   • Perform routine maintenance on machinery.

Qualifications:

• Experience : Proven experience as a Production Worker (preferred)
• Skills :
  • Familiarity with using power tools and other equipment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
  • Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Physical strength and stamina.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary:

• $18/hour+ DOE
