El Gerente de Piezas supervisa todas las actividades del Departamento de Piezas, incluida la supervisión directa de sus empleados, almacén, compras, vendedores de piezas y “counter parts sales”. El Gerente de Piezas se cumple o supera los objetivos de la empresa para la satisfacción del cliente del 100% cuota de mercado en términos de unidades en operación, ventas y rentabilidad. Requisitos Clave para el puesto de Gerente de Repuestos (Parts Manager) Bachillerato en Administracion de Empresas ?? Experiencia: Mínimo 4 años en gestión de repuestos e inventario; o Mínimo 2 años en gestión de repuestos e inventario más estudios universitarios relacionados. ?? Conocimientos Técnicos: Dominio de Microsoft Word, Outlook y Excel. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con clientes internos y externos. ?? Confidencialidad: Manejo responsable de información confidencial y sensible. Compromiso con los valores y la integridad de la organización. ? Competencias Deseadas: Organización y control de inventarios. Profesionalismo, discreción y confiabilidad. Orientación al servicio y atención al cliente.
