Our remote work setting allows therapists to operate from home while still having access to the resources necessary for successful client care. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured schedule that enables work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of client mood disorder symptoms.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet specific client goals.

• Provide continuous education and support for clients and their families about mood disorders and treatment options, helping them adopt effective self-care practices.

• Monitor and track client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advances in the treatment of mood disorders to refine therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain rigorous documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and support efforts to reduce stigma around mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
