What Your Day Looks Like

As a Store Manager, you start the day by checking inventory, making sure everything from pavement sealers to traffic signs is stocked and ready. As customers arrive, you and your team provide expert guidance, helping contractors and businesses find the right products.

You'll recruit, train, and develop your team while implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining visual merchandising standards throughout the store. You'll conduct inventory audits, oversee replenishment efforts, and work closely with vendors to ensure product availability.

Between managing daily store operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations, you'll take pride in keeping the store running efficiently while maintaining top-tier customer service.

This is a full-time, in-person leadership role based at our Harrisburg, PA store. You will work 50+ hours per week, including some Saturdays during peak season from May through October.

What It Takes to Join Our Team

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using retail management software and point of sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including some Saturdays from May-October

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Forklift experience (training provided)
