You'll serve the entire special education (SPED) caseload, conducting timely re-evaluations, and responding to referrals initiated by teachers and parents. The dynamic nature of this role calls for flexibility and strong assessment skills, as needs may change throughout the year.

What you bring:

• Valid credentials as a school psychologist
• Experience conducting assessments, re-evaluations, and eligibility determinations for SPED students
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education compliance
• Ability to effectively communicate evaluation findings with teachers, parents, and other team members
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
• Compassion, professionalism, and a student-centered focus

Your daily responsibilities:

• Serving as the school psychologist for the entire SPED population across the district
• Leading re-evaluation processes as part of annual and triennial reviews
• Completing evaluations as requested by staff or parents throughout the school year
• Collaborating with special education teams to interpret assessment data and inform programming decisions
• Supporting student mental health needs and providing consultation to staff and families
