What You’ll Do

Meet and exceed personal sales goals and store sales targets
Provide a full-service experience to every customer
Accurately complete all point-of-sale transactions
Maintain store and stockroom organization and appearance
Follow all operational and loss prevention policies
Stay informed on current fashion trends and product knowledge
Communicate store needs and updates to management
Complete required training and uphold Bikinibird core values

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
