We are located on the Logan Health campus in the Medical Arts Building at 210 Sunnyview Lane in scenic Kalispell, Montana.Why consider this opportunity?No weekends or holidays!12% PRN differential pay401(k) with generous employer matchFitness center membership discountA supportive, mission-driven culture focused on quality and compassionWhat you'll be doing:Providing prenatal education and supporting patient careRooming patients and taking vital signsPerforming blood draws and cervical swabsAssisting with gynecological procedures such as IUDs and implantsPerforming fetal Dopplers and non-stress testsPreparing charts, reviewing schedules, and prepping for proceduresMonitoring and maintaining supplies, including checking for outdated itemsResponding to emergent needs and concerns referred from triageCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, midwives, LPNs, Medical Assistants and RNs to provide excellence in patient care.Who you are:You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative clinic environment. Whether you have previous OB/GYN or midwifery clinic experience or a passion to learn and grow, you're ready to support patients with compassion and professionalism every step of the way.What you'll bring:Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.Current HCP CPR certification required.Minimum of two (2) years' nursing experience preferred.Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to adapt to changing clinic needsStrong organizational and critical thinking skillsPrior OB/GYN or midwifery clinic experience preferred, but not required.Join us in continuing to offer exceptional women's healthcare to our community!Shift: Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)Schedule: PRN, 8-hour shifts between Monday - Friday. Days of the week may vary.Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program.
