Restroom Crew Lead - Immediate Need!

We're looking for a full-time, temp-to-hire, dependable, hands-on Restroom Crew Lead to oversee daily restroom rental operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, leading a team, driving, and keeping customers happy, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the Restroom Crew throughout the day
• Load equipment and ensure crews have everything needed for each job
• Drive company vehicles and tow-behind trailers to event and job sites
• Deliver, set up, sanitize, restock, and return restroom rental units
• Keep jobs on schedule and communicate with Dispatch
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
• Follow site plans, safety procedures, and seasonal winterizing practices
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and inventory
• Train and support crew members

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license required (motor vehicle record will be checked and must be clean driving record for this position)
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Comfortable driving vehicles with large tow-behind trailers
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Flexible and willing to assist in other areas as needed
• Ability to work occasional weekends and event shifts
