SSVF Program Manager (JR 5572) Location: Los Angeles, CA 90004 Salary: $70,304 – $83,595 per year Pay Frequency: 24 pay periods per year Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt Driving Required: Essential function; candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and meet PATH’s insurance eligibility requirements. Position Overview As part of the Intensive Case Management Services team, the SSVF Program Manager will oversee program operations, supervise service delivery staff, and ensure high-quality, trauma‑informed care. Position Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring continuity of care between PATH resources and partnering agencies. Provide individual and team supervision, support, and performance evaluations for assigned staff. Ensure services emphasize trauma‑informed care, client safety, and harm‑reduction interventions. Respond to emergency calls and situations as required by contract and organizational needs. Assist in screening, assessment, and enrollment of clients in a range of services. Maintain complete, timely, accurate paperwork and data collection in agency records and electronic databases through audits and chart reviews. Preferred Qualifications Three (3) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, or working with vulnerable populations. One (1) year of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services strongly preferred. Minimum Qualifications Two (2) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, or working with vulnerable populations. Mandatory Requirements Employment eligibility verification. CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain it.
