Role: Staff RN for MedSurg Ortho Unit Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to medical-surgical and orthopedic patients, including post-operative joint and fracture cases. Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage pain and wounds, monitor telemetry, and coordinate interdisciplinary care. Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge plans, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, knowledge of orthopedic and surgical care, excellent communication, and patient education abilities.
