Location: Irving, TX (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $19 | Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Description

Norm Reeves is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Collision Center team. This role is often the first point of contact for customers, so we're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and provides excellent customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and assist with customer inquiries
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing repair orders
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
• Process paperwork and assist with administrative tasks
• Support the Collision Center team with day-to-day operations
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and customer-ready

What You'll Need:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
