Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Atlantic Shores Retirement Community - Virginia Beach, VA 23454 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service Flexible shifts available, 7 days a week. Position Summary The Busser is responsible for providing professional, efficient, accurate and friendly service to our residents in accordance with our standards of practice. Bussers will be able to clear and set tables, expedite food accurately, carry trays of food from the kitchen to the table, serve food in dining venues or as a delivery and set up various functions throughout our dining venues. Responsibilities Works as a team to provide a friendly and enjoyable dining experience. Maintains a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift. Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures. Ensures accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering to correct table. Qualifications Education and/or Experience: Entry level-no experience necessary. Prior food service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Good communication skills. Ability to interact with residents, kitchen staff, and dining team members. Organization and time-management skills. Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual. Positive attitude and teamwork.
