Assess patient status, implement and monitor care plans, administer medications per orders, document responses, and ensure patient safety. Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff across levels, delegating tasks appropriately and maintaining quality of care. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary disciplines (e.g., medical, pharmacy, social work) to optimize patient outcomes. Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to adapt plans as needed. Maintain infection control practices and safety standards, provide patient and family education, and advocate for patient needs. Requirements Active Registered Nurse license (unrestricted). Oncology nursing experience or strong exposure to oncology care. Ability to work nights and a 3x12‑hour shift pattern. Demonstrated clinical judgment and strong communication skills. Ability to supervise and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams in an inpatient setting. Willingness to work in an oncology inpatient care environment on a travel assignment.
