Overview Job Summary: Bell Ford is seeking a highly experienced Dealer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of Service Advisor experience within a dealership environment, be customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Schedule Monday – Saturday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities Serve as the trusted point of contact for walk-in and scheduled service customers Actively listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization Work closely with technicians to manage repair workflow and timelines Deliver timely, professional updates to customers regarding service status Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and records Stay informed on current promotions, service packages, and attachment opportunities Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready workspace Uphold Bell Ford’s commitment to quality, integrity, and professionalism Qualifications 3+ years of Service Advisor experience at a dealership Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and repair services Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Ability to multi-task in a high-volume service environment Benefits Career advancement opportunities within The Berge Group Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Life insurance & disability coverage 401(k) with company match Employee discounts & wellness programs Pre-Hire Requirements Valid Driver’s License Clean background check Negative drug screening Location Bell Ford, Inc. #J-18808-Ljbffr Berge Auto Group
