ITOM/ITAM Business Analyst CMDB & ServiceNow
Ford Motor Co
Ford is seeking an ITOM/ITAM Business Analyst to understand business needs, analyze data issues, and drive improvements from discovery through adoption. You will collaborate with Platform and Architecture teams, manage backlogs in Jira, and apply CMDB data quality practices to initiatives. You’ll bring 3+ years in BA/ITSM/IT Asset Management, strong stakeholder skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow and CMDB.
