JOB DESCRIPTION:• HAVE FUN!

• Be a Team player!
• Make our Guests say "WOW...That was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!
• Provide a table in the Dining Room or Cantina
• Answer the phone
• Serve our Guests (and the Servers serving Guests) quickly and efficiently.
• "Read" the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
• Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
• Sidework & Cleaning duties
• Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: - Regular and reliable attendance - Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time. - Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive. - Offer a Guest Obsessed farewell as they depart. - Able to operate the POS system. - Escort guests to their table, give them menus, and answer any questions. - Answer incoming calls and address guest inquiries. - Able to take orders, enter the POS, accurately bag the orders, and handle an efficient guest transaction.
- Give guests accurate wait time estimates. - Clean and maintain sparkling clean restrooms and lobbies. - Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers/staff.
