ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Service & Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer support while maintaining accurate records and processing customer orders. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

MARINE OPERATIONS SUPPORT

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
• Process customer orders and verify order details for accuracy.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests related to products, services, and order status.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support departmental operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with customers, and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
