Inside Sales Agent

Summary Join our team as an Inside Sales and Outbound Sales Associate and build a rewarding future in real estate. In this role, you'll gain practical industry knowledge, benefit from in-depth market insights, receive one-on-one guidance from seasoned agents, and use powerful technology-including Brivity Technology and Brivity Marketer-to support your growth. Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to every interaction as you connect with prospective clients, make outbound calls, identify qualified leads, strengthen your sales abilities, and expand your earning potential. Responsibilities
- Learn team prospecting scripts
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
- Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
- Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Become a real estate local expert
- Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts
- Team player
- Real estate license preferred
