Shift Manager

Job Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform tasks including: planning each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift, and helping assigned departments meet their goals. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
