Databricks Alliance Partner

Key responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships across Databricks sales and leadership teams Drive co-sell pipeline growth and lead joint account planning with Databricks sellers Champion AI-first strategies by aligning Databricks technologies with client needs and promoting joint solutions Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner management, or enterprise sales within the Databricks ecosystem Deep understanding of Databricks organizational structure, sales motions, and partner programs Proven track record of driving co-sell success and joint go-to-market initiatives Strong knowledge of Databricks technologies and AI capabilities Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a matrixed environment
