Now Hiring: Ironworker - Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Erection

We are seeking experienced and dependable Ironworkers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience erecting pre-engineered metal buildings and be committed to working safely while producing high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Erect pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) systems, including primary and secondary structural steel.
Install wall and roof panels, insulation systems, trim, gutters, and downspouts.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and erection plans.
Bolt, align, plumb, and secure structural steel components.
Operate aerial lifts, telehandlers, forklifts, and other construction equipment safely.
Perform rigging and signaling during steel erection.
Work at heights while using proper fall protection equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.
Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) erection preferred.
Ability to read construction drawings and layout plans.
Experience installing structural steel, roof panels, and wall panels.
Must be comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Knowledge of proper rigging and safe lifting practices.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred but not required.
Welding and forklift/telehandler certifications are a plus.
